Innovative Situation Awareness At the New World Trade Center: Security Intelligence Through the Integration of Identities & Events Site-Wide
Moderated by John Petruzzi, CPP, CISM The World Trade Center represents the triumph of the human spirit. The WTC SWOC (Site Wide Operation Center) will monitor and manage identities and alarms campus wide. Individual system events and the associated identities may not result in the conclusion of a volatile situation, however if they are correlated campus wide, what seems like a minor event could in fact be a situation. Conjoined physical identity and alarm event management software, form the Situation Awareness Platform Software (SAPS) that will drive a revolutionary approach to security at the new WTC.
