Meisenhalder Hired as Executive Director of C&I Practice

Andrews International adds Latin American Expert to C&I Practice and Senior Leadership Team

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (December 3, 2008) - Andrews International, a full service provider of security and risk mitigation services, has hired Chris Meisenhalder as Executive Director, Consulting & Investigations Division, responsible for overall leadership and strategic delivery for the business development and service activities of Andrews International's Consulting and Investigations (C&I) practice. She will be based in Houston and report to Ray O'Hara, Senior Vice President, C&I.

"Chris' tri-lingual skills and more than 15 years of consulting and investigations field experience will greatly enhance our capabilities in Latin America," said Ty Richmond, Chief Operating Officer (COO), Andrews International, "Her knowledge and experience in a variety of markets, including financial/banking services and technology supports our vertical market clients in the planning, development and strategic support of comprehensive worldwide security operations."

Meisenhalder's executive functions entail international strategic planning, merger and acquisition due diligence, project management information technology and corporate security business process management. She has extensive experience in international risk management, compliance and security, including executive protection, crisis management, investigations and information security.

Before joining Andrews International, Meisenhalder served as Supply Chain Regional Security Manager for the Latin America & Caribbean Region of HP; responsible for overseeing the overall supply chain security program, including CTPAT compliance assessments, audits and investigations. In addition, she co-led the due diligence process of validating third-party vendors worldwide.

Meisenhalder has previously served in a leadership role at a national financial/banking establishment, where she was responsible for physical security, protective services and financial fraud investigations. She also has several years of retail industry experience in the field of assets protection management; supply chain theft and organized crime. She has provided consulting in the healthcare sector, focusing on HIPAA compliance, and in the energy sector, aligning IT activities and systems with business objectives.

She is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Information Systems Audit and Control Association, Transported Asset Protection Association Brazil and the Energy Security Council. She is tri-lingual in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
