Raymond T. O'Hara of Andrews International Named President-Elect of Asis International's 2010 Board of Directors

LOS ANGELES – October 14, 2009 – Andrews International, the largest privately-owned U.S. full-service provider of security and risk mitigation services, today announced that Raymond T. O'Hara, CPP, executive vice president, International Services and Consulting & Investigations (C&I) for the company, has been named the president-elect for the ASIS International Board of Directors for 2010. ASIS International is the preeminent organization for security management professionals worldwide.

The ASIS International Board of Directors is comprised of 13 members who hold their positions for a three year term. The newly elected Board will assume their positions on January 1, 2010. In addition to being on the Board of Directors, O'Hara has been selected to the Board Management Committee of the Board of Directors. The Board Management Committee directs the activities of ASIS between meetings of the full Board and maintains the strategic continuity of programs, products and services provided.

O'Hara currently serves as treasurer on the ASIS International Board of Directors and has served as president of ASIS' Professional Certification Board and chair of the ASIS International Investigations Council. He is board certified in security management by ASIS International and is considered a Risk Vulnerability Expert, with experience in analyzing and categorizing business vulnerabilities, homeland security initiatives, terrorism and political threats. O'Hara possesses more than 30 years of security industry experience encompassing C&I, corporate security and law enforcement, both domestically and abroad.
