As Senior Director of Site and Technical Services, Mike Botts coordinates the efforts of the Site and Technical Security Consulting Team.  Botts’ team supports the corporate business sector conducting physical security assessments and assisting in design of central command centers, physical security and access control systems.

With a solid background working with some of the leaders in the industry as a systems integrator, Botts has worked with major clients in the food and beverage industry, manufacturing, distribution, research and development industry, multi-tenant high rise facilities, airlines, transportation, and Museum security in the Dallas area.

His combined 24-years of experience as a technical service manager, project manager, and systems sales integration specialist, includes, but is not limited to, security system design and best practices, electronic security implementation, closed circuit television (CCTV) applications, perimeter and intrusion alarm design, installation, and testing.

Botts’ comprehensive operations background is in the areas of project and service management  He has conducted extensive site surveys, designed systems, written specifications, acted as a project manager for new installations and existing system upgrades, and conducted system commissioning programs for numerous Fortune 250 companies. Botts has a proven track record for successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
