Blanca L. Fernandez

Deputy Director, Operations Mexico

Blanca Fernandez is Deputy Director of Vance’s Mexico City office since 2006, but has been with the company since 1998. She is responsible for the oversight and management of operations involving the company’s full line of investigation and security consulting services. She has eight (8) years of experience with Vance and has played an instrumental role in managing and maintaining long-term business relationships with clients.

While with Vance, Blanca’s experience also includes the development of personnel programs, including cross training strategies of employees in all service areas. She is also responsible for business development, contract negotiations, and client relationship management, with a particular focus on expatriate companies operating in Mexico.

Blanca is bilingual in Spanish and English. She is a member of the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) and the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS).
