David Levenberg, CPPSenior Vice President, Mall Security DivisionAs the senior vice president of the mall security division for Andrews International, David Levenberg is responsible for guiding the public safety, loss prevention and emergency planning programs for the company’s shopping center clients. David has managed and participated in the design and implementation of loss prevention and public safety programs in both retail and shopping center properties nationally and internationally during the past three decades. His international consulting has taken him to Brazil, Chile, and Mexico, to date. Domestically, his experience includes a number of field and corporate loss prevention positions for major retail stores. Previous to joining Andrews International, he held the position of vice president of security and loss prevention at General Growth Properties, overseeing over 225 regional and super regional shopping centers. David is a frequent lecturer for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), and several other trade and professional organizations. He has authored and been quoted in a number of articles in trade periodicals and newspapers around the country. David earned his Bachelors Degree in Criminology from California State University at Long Beach and has attended and participated in numerous security and management training programs throughout his career.
