Robert D. Shuster

Senior Vice President, Asset Protection Team Inc.

As senior vice president Robert “Rob” Shuster oversees Andrews International’s Asset Protection Team which specializes in labor disruption security, special event security, and rapid emergency deployment. Prior to his current role, he was responsible for business development, contract negotiations and operational oversight of all labor related security operations. Rob has designed and taught various courses in executive protection, security awareness, tactical response, bomb incident management, and counter-terrorist driving. Rob also has personal protection experience, supervising the protection of foreign dignitaries and prominent business leaders, and designing executive protection programs for several large American corporations.

Before joining Vance (now Andrews International) in 1985, Rob served as a police officer with the City of Alexandria.
