Urban joined Andrews in 2011. Urban has a diverse background with 25 years in both private industry and public accounting serving the entertainment, technology, healthcare, and service industries. He has implemented significant process improvements to provide more relevant and timely information in managing over ten different business units, leading to implementation of a world class enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. He has also lead initiatives and streamlined operations which resulted in significant cost efficiencies and savings. Prior to joining Andrews International, Urban has served as CFO for a multi-location clinical laboratory company where he negotiated several acquisitions and oversaw the successful integration of the acquired operations. He has a strong technical accounting background and is a Big Four trained CPA.
