His expertise in this area includes executive and dignitary protection, workplace violence intervention, tactical security operations, disaster response and meeting/special event security. Jerry also directs Crossroads Training Academy. Crossroads specializes in training government, law enforcement, military, and private sector personnel in the areas of protective vehicle operations; surveillance detection techniques; attack recognition, avoidance and response; and EVOC instructor development programs. Other instruction includes awareness and management of situations with potential for violence, as well as training and development of uniformed security forces.
