Who We Are

Company Ethics Statement

As a security service company, Andrews International (AI) recognizes its duty to thoroughly screen and investigate employment candidates to ensure that we only employ honest people whose backgrounds indicate they know right from wrong and can be successful working within a framework of strict rules and high standards of conduct.

We are committed to helping every employee embrace our culture and understand how to apply the AI code of ethics in their work. Our company handbook clearly spells out our organizational values and conduct standards, and our security officer training programs reinforce those principles and define our clients’ expectations. From security officers and supervisors on the front lines to operations managers, executive leaders and administrators behind the scenes, we must all be guided in our decisions by the AI code of ethics and the codes of the clients we serve.

Our success is earned through hard work, responsiveness to client and employee needs, and integrity in all business practices. We are dedicated to a continuing process of honest introspection regarding our company practices and policies to ensure that we continue to build our security company on a strong ethical foundation.

Alliance Partners

Andrews International (AI) and its leadership team are actively and personally involved in all aspects of security services delivery to our clients. Although AI self-performs and self-manages whenever possible, we also have access to the resources and expertise of more than 150 alliance partners worldwide. These partnerships are in place primarily to support the international scale and volume of our consulting and investigations work but also to help our uniformed security services clients reach supplier diversity objectives and to ensure availability of resources under extraordinary circumstances.

When AI does align with an external resource, we thoroughly vet the partner first to ensure that our organizations share a consistent set of values, and that our partner is prepared to perform the work in accordance with AI standards and best practices for security companies.

We have also established proprietary processes and strategic partnerships with technology vendors that enhance our capability to provide comprehensive security solutions with tools that optimize security program efficiency and effectiveness.

Supplier Diversity Program

Andrews International (AI) is committed to leveraging diversity throughout our business, from recruiting for a diverse employee base to engaging with a diverse supplier base. Our purchasing programs are designed to connect us with the best resources to support our needs, and oftentimes, under-utilized suppliers deliver the best cost and value. We see supplier diversity as an integral part of our strategic sourcing and procurement process and ultimately as integral to our success.

We believe that thriving small, minority and woman-owned businesses benefit the communities where we live and work, and we are proud to support the success of these and other diverse suppliers.

In Southern California where we are headquartered, we are corporate sponsors and partners with the Southern California Minority Business Development Council (SCMSDC) an affiliate regional council of NMSDC (National Minority Business Development Council. SCMSDC is the largest nonprofit minority business advocacy organization in Southern California, serving nearly 1,700 minority business enterprises and 200 corporate members throughout 13 counties.

We encourage certified minority- and woman-owned businesses and other diverse suppliers to contact us.
